This is an illustration that was done for a conceptual community park for a large master planned community in the Southeast Valley. There were approximately 10 different versions of this illustration due to changes along the way during development. This is one of my favorite illustrations so far.

This is a conceptual illustration of an office building which is part of a development in the West Valley. The client requested that the renderings look rough and hand drawn.

This is a Trails and open Space Exhibit that shows different trail types as well as washes as they meander through a proposed development.  The large yellow areas are lotting areas.  You will notice in the extra detail image the Neighborhood Park containing Ramadas, Tot Lot, Basketball Court and Volleyball Court.

DreamCatcher Park is a fully accessible athletic facility located at the Surprise Recreation Campus near the Surprise Stadium. This multi-use athletic facility was designed to provide athletes with special needs a safe and fun place to participate in sports and recreation programs.

This is a conceptual illustration of a youth sports complex in the Northwest Valley. There isn't as much detail in this rendering as I would typically like to have however, due to time constraints a fast illustration was needed for this project.
