I had the opportunity to work with Josh in early 2010 when we hired him as a consultant to help us prepare Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for three municipal projects. He was tasked with preparation of all graphics associated with the SOQs including the covers and formatting the text using InDesign. At every iteration of the SOQ process, the product he submitted for my review was 100% accurate indicating his attention to quality and details. Josh provided our design team with numerous options for cover graphics and SOQ formats with great enthusiasm and cooperative spirit.
